Who I help

Stop duct-taping your freelance business with half-working tools

You left the 9-to-5 to do the work you love, not to spend Sunday nights fighting with invoicing code. You have tried building portfolio sites, client portals, and project trackers with AI, and they get 80% there before the invoice PDF renders blank or the time tracker loses entries. I finish the last 20% so your business tools are as professional as the work you deliver.

01 — Sound familiar

You've probably said one of these.

“My AI-generated invoice tool creates beautiful PDFs on my laptop but they come out completely blank when the client opens them.”

PDF generation is fragile in AI-generated code. Font embedding fails, CSS print styles break, or the rendering library works only in Node but your app runs in the browser. I fix the PDF pipeline so your invoices render perfectly on every device, every time, and include the tax line items and payment links your clients expect.

“I built a portfolio site with a CMS so I can add new projects, but every time I publish a new piece the layout shifts and older entries lose their thumbnails.”

AI tools scaffold CMS-driven pages but skip image optimization and layout stability. New entries with different aspect ratios or missing fields break the grid. I add proper image handling, fallback states, and responsive layouts so your portfolio always looks polished, even when you add projects at midnight before a pitch.

“My project tracker shows tasks and deadlines but the client can see my internal notes and hourly rate breakdowns.”

AI-generated dashboards often render all database fields without role-based filtering. I add proper permission layers so clients see deliverables and timelines while your internal notes, margins, and time logs stay private: one shared URL, two different views.

“I made a proposal generator but it fills in the wrong client name and the pricing table math does not add up.”

Template-driven document generation sounds easy until variable substitution breaks on special characters, line items reference stale data, or discount logic compounds incorrectly. I fix the data binding and arithmetic so every proposal is accurate and addressed to the right person.

02 — What that looks like

Real freelancers projects that got stuck.

Built with v0

A personal portfolio site with a headless CMS for adding case studies and blog posts

The CMS preview works but published pages show raw markdown instead of formatted content, the image upload creates broken links in production, and the contact form submits but never delivers the message.

Built with Cursor

A time-tracking tool that logs hours per project and generates weekly summary reports for clients

The timer keeps running after the browser tab is closed, switching between projects does not stop the previous timer, and the weekly report double-counts entries that span midnight.

Built with Claude

An automated invoicing system that pulls logged hours, applies rates, and sends PDF invoices via email

The rate calculation ignores the different hourly rates set per project, the tax row shows NaN for European VAT, and the email attachment arrives as a zero-byte file because the PDF generates asynchronously after the email sends.

03 — What I handle

The work AI tools start but can't finish.

  • Portfolio websites with headless CMS for case studies
  • Invoicing tools with PDF generation and payment links
  • Project and task trackers with client-facing views
  • Time tracking with per-project rates and reporting
  • Proposal and contract generators with e-signatures
  • Client onboarding portals with file upload and briefs
04 — Fixed pricing

No custom quotes. No surprises.

05 — The details

Questions freelancers ask.

01

I work with a dozen different tech stacks for clients, does it matter what my tool is built in?

Not at all. I work with whatever your AI tool generated: React, Next.js, Astro, SvelteKit, plain HTML, Python scripts. The framework does not matter. I read the code, find the problems, and fix them.

02

I need my invoicing tool to handle multiple currencies and EU VAT, is that included?

Yes. Multi-currency support, VAT calculation, and reverse-charge logic for EU cross-border services are common freelancer requirements. These are part of a standard Integration engagement at €99, not an add-on.

03

I barely have time to freelance, how much of my time does this take?

Very little. You share access to your repo or project, tell me what is broken, and I fix it. Most freelancers spend about 15 minutes total: a short brief at the start and a quick review when I deliver. No calls, no standups, no status meetings.

04

Can you help me connect my tools to Stripe, Notion, or Google Workspace?

Those are three of my most common integration targets. Stripe for payments and invoicing, Notion for project databases, and Google Workspace for calendar sync and email. I handle the API authentication, webhook setup, and error handling so the connection actually holds up in production.

06 — Next step

Tell me what you built.

No commitment, no jargon. Just describe what you have and what you need. I'll tell you what it takes to ship it.
